Adjusting the drive chains

 

After 10 hours of operation, the drive chains must be checked and adjusted if necessary. The 
chain must not move by more than 4 mm. The chains should be checked after every 100 
hours of operation 
(see page 10, photos I and J). 
 
 

TRACTOR SIZE 

In terms of the ideal tractor, we recommend a four-wheel drive tractor with sufficient weight 
on the front axle, and 10 kW engine output per 10 kN of the winch’s maximum tractive force.
