Logging into your FraNET account
To log into your account, go to the following page www.franet.frapol.com.pl.
NOTE
The module should be connected to an Internet network and logged into an external server (the “connection
to server” indicator light is on).
To create a new account, enter the UID code of the HRU
(Menu →Information).
After entering the UID code and
connecting to the module, a window for creating a new account is displayed. Fill in the form with user and controller
data, and enter your login password.
Mandatory fields to be filled in: E-mail, Password, Password (again), UID
identifier of the controller.

Controller identifier
–
entering the UID number of the controller is required

Controller label
–
enter any name for your controller
•
Advanced user (Edition of service parameters)
–
select this box, in order to be able to change service
parameters of the controller from the website level (After selecting this box, it is necessary to enter the
password to access service settings of the controller).

Service access
–
allows accessing and editing parameters of the controller by a service centre and the device
manufacturer.
•
Alarm notifications (Allow alarm notifications to be sent by e-mail)
–
in the event of an alarm status, the
controller will send an alarm message with the alarm content to the specified email account.
•
Controller installation address (same as user address)
–
check this box, if the controller installation
address is the same as your residential address.
NOTE
You will be able to create an FraNET account after you have read the user terms and conditions in the Rules
section and you have ticked the options: I agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Other controller functions
Power failure
NOTE
In the event of a power failure and restoration, the controller will return to the operating status before the
power failure. The components connected to the controller may not be protected against damage, e.g., when
operating hydronic air heaters powered and controlled directly from the controller.
