The Easy Back cover may be cleaned with a soft cloth and clean soapy water. Cleaning
agents including Alcohols and Phenols should not be used.
The mounting hardware may be cleaned with common household cleaners and a soft cloth.
Should the product become contaminated, please ask your infection control officer for
advice.
Store in a dry environment.

Installing a back support on a wheelchair may affect the centre of gravity of the
wheelchair and may cause the wheelchair to tip backwards, potentially resulting in
injury.

Invacare recommend anti-tippers should be in place at all times during use.
•
Use of this backrest system in conjunction with a reclining or semi-reclining back will
exaggerate the centre of gravity shift rearward.

Failure to follow all instructions, including tightening all Quick Release Frame Clamps,
could result in injury to the client and/or damage the equipment.
