The IRAMSTBY regulator has a minimum operating current required for the circuit to regulate. This
minimum current, along with the range of regulation voltages, determines the regulator’s limits of
operation. Also, the regulator has a maximum current that it can sink without the regulated voltage rising
out of range.
1. Operating Conditions: -40 C to 150 C, all process variations.
2. Supply Current includes SRAM array standby currents.
The boundary equations which describe the limits of the operating parameters for the IRAMSTBY
regulator are as follows:
