The THIGH field contains a value indicating the hot factory calibration temperature (T

). The values
are as follows:

HIGH
= Reserved
01: T
HIGH
= Reserved

HIGH
= 145 °C

HIGH
= 150 °C

TSCV2
Temperature sensor output at hot factory calibration temperature (TSENS_CODE(T
HIGH
)).
TSCV2 is the temperature sensor voltage sampled and converted by the eQADC during factory test
with device at hot temperature (T
HIGH
). This is the T
SENS_CODE
(T
HIGH
) parameter value referenced in
the temperature calculation formula (see

TLOW
The TLOW field contains a code indicating the low factory calibration temperature (T
LOW
). The values
are as follows:

LOW
= 25 °C

= 40 °C
