Mode 0
The programmed number of pulses come at
the beginning of the baking step with an in-
terval of 3 seconds. (t2)
Mode 1
The programmed number of pulses come per
minute. The example has 5 pulses in a baking
step of 3 minutes.
Summary
5 pulses in mode 0 = 5 pulses total
5 pulses in mode 1 = 5 pulses each minute.
A steampulse is made by opening the watervalve for 0,1 sec (t1).
Both parameters t1 and t2 are adjustable in the service menu.
Steam mode 0 is used for most “bake off” products.
Steam mode 1 is often used to create a certain humidity during a longer period on a lower
temperature, followed by a baking step on baking temperature. For example croissants
which have to be proofed a little.
During programming, the “steam” key has to be pushed twice. The first time, the number of
pulses can be adjusted and the second time the mode.
The maximum number of pulses = 10. (to prevent overflow because there is no drain).
