EXCHANGING THE BLOWER AND SHAFTSEAL
1) Remove the left and right tray sup-
ports.
2) Unscrew the fan plate (4 screws) and
remove it.
3) Unscrew the swivel and remove the
steam injection pipe.
4) Remove the nut (M5) from the Blo-
wer shaft.
5) Pull the turbine from the blower
shaft.
The use of a balljoint puller is highly
recommended. (part number 9191244s)
To extend the plunger, you can use
a socket with an outside diameter of
8mm.
6) Cut the isolation according the 2
dashed lines.
7) Disconnect the earth wire and 3 pole
connector.
8) Remove the 4 nuts (M6)
Three seperate parts come out:
The blower motor.
The blower bracket.
The shaft seal.
