Art. 138 - Particular standards
3. It is forbidden to throw scaffolding parts from heights.
Art. 140 - Tower bridge castors.
1)
Bridges on castors must have an ample base to resist, with a wide safety margin, loads and oscillations they can be
subjected to during movements or gusts of wind and in such a way they cannot overturn.
(Strictly comply with the
assembly instructions.)
2) The sliding surface of the castors must be level; the load of the bridge on the ground must be adequately divided with
boards or other equivalent means.
3) The castors of the bridge in place must be firmly fastened with wedges on both sides or equivalent systems.
4) Bridges on castors must be anchored to the building at least every two platforms; exception is made for tower bridge
castors in compliance with Annex XXIII
(compliance with European
legislation).
5) The verticality of the bridges on castors must be controlled with a level or pendulum line.
6) The bridges, excluding those used in works for contact electrical lines, must not be moved when workers or loads are on
them.
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
It is hereby certified that the scaffold
on a POKER base was constructed in
compliance with Legislative Decree 81
on 9 April 2008.
It is also declared that the same scaffold,
in the POKER HD configurations complies
with the European standard UNI-EN
1004.
In this regard, it is declared that the
POKER-HD scaffold has passed the tests
outlined in Annex XXIII of LD 81-08.
The tests were carried out by the Material
Testing Laboratory in Milan Polytechnic,
as per the test certificate
no. 2002/742 issued in Milan
on 20/03/2002.
