End Section Assembly
The end section is equivalent to an intermediate section which however uses the specific POK DAVTER end
sills and adds for each short side of the scaffold no. 1 POK PROTCO short protection brace to guarantee the
minimum regulatory height of the guardrail, and adds for each side no. 1 POK PROTRAV guardrail brace as an
intermediate handrail brace.
Having reached the desired height, assemble the end section as in the drawing:
1)
Connect two POK SPALLA vertical uprights on the sills of the current section
[See S.H.P. page 9]
2) Assemble the two, gold coloured POK DAVTER end sills in the end position,

Fasten the section by coupling no. 2 PTIR tie rods to the pawls, on both sides to form a double X.
4) On both short sides of the scaffold, install the POK PROTCO short protection braces, tightening the clamps
on the vertical tube immediately over the last POK DAVTER sill
5) Then, install on both long sides of the scaffold the POK PROTRAV guardrail braces, resting them on the 2
nd
rung over the work platform, so it is positioned at a distance of approx
. 0.58 m over the work platform,
manually tightening the clamps on the vertical tubes.
N.B. The anti-uncoupling safety devices must be assembled on the work platforms (no. 2
diagonally on each platform). Ensure their correct work position (see left panel).
NOTE: If you intend working on work platforms assembled at intermediate heights of the mobile scaffold,
all the POK PROTRAV side protection
(supplied on request)
must be installed to allow you to always
have regulatory protection and complete toe boards.
Anchorage Systems
The POKER mobile scaffold is subject to compulsory
anchorage. Anchor the mobile scaffold every two metres
even when assembled it is not in use.
Anchor the mobile scaffold to the perimeter uprights and
ensure a max. strain of 60 kg on each anchorage.
The anchorage operation must only be carried
out by competent staff.
Anchorage using retaining (or rigging) cables, which
must always be controlled for tension and knots, must
be supported by the calculations made by a qualified
professional.
