Configuring and Using the Fax Function
Overview
With the FRITZ!Box you can receive and send faxes without having to
connect a fax machine. Faxes are sent from the browser on any con
nected computer. The FRITZ!Box also accepts faxes and forwards
them automatically by e-mail or saves them on a storage medium. You
can also set up a push service that notifies you about new faxes.
Rules
•
Fax documents to be sent can have a maximum length of two A4
sheets. If your document is longer, it will be shortened to two A4
pages.
•
If you use the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browser, you
can attach an image (PNG or JPG format) to the fax.
Requirements
•
The fax function of the FRITZ!Box must be configured.
