Setting Up Internet Access via Another Router
Overview
The FRITZ!Box can be connected to a router that provides the Internet
connection.
Instructions: Setting Up Internet Access via WAN (as Router)
1.
Open the FRITZ!Box user interface,

Select the “Internet / Account Information” menu and the
“Internet Connection” tab.
3.
From the “Connection” area, select the “Connection to external
modem or router” option.
4.
For further settings, use the online help of the FRITZ!Box.
Instructions: Setting Up Internet Access via LAN (IP client)
1.
Open the FRITZ!Box user interface,

Select the “Internet / Account Information” menu and the
“Internet Connection” tab.
3.
From the “Connection” area, select the “Connection to external
modem or router” option.
4.
In the “Operating Mode” menu, select the “Share existing Inter
net connection in the network (IP client mode)” setting.
5.
