Configuring FRITZ!Box as a LISP Router
Overview
LISP is short for list processing, a routing architecture that separates
information about location and identity. There are two IP addresses:
one for the location and one for the identity. The FRITZ!Box can be con
figured as a LISP router.
LISP is useful if technical or organization reasons make it preferable
to keep the same IP addresses, even when you switch Internet service
providers. This way devices (host devices, virtual machines) do not
lose their identity when they change locations.
