Preparation
Keep the following device information handy:

Model
•
Serial number
•
FRITZ!OS version
•
Country
•
Internet service provider
•
Information on the operating system, network (LAN or wireless
LAN), any error messages displayed

Start a web browser on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Select from the “Service” area the model for which you need
support.

Enter a keyword in the search field of the Knowledge Base or
select an FAQ (frequently asked question).

If you need more help, click the “Submit support request” but
