In case of a power supply blackout, proceed as follows:
1) If the blackout is very short (10-15 minutes), there are
no problems, since the appliance is well insulated and
will thus maintain its low temperature. However, avoid
opening the door in the meantime.
2) If the blackout is longer than 10-15 minutes, check
that the thermometer temperature does not exceed
the critical threshold (+10°C in case of normal
temperature and -15°C in case of low temperature)
and then make sure that the foods inside have not
been damaged. Again, avoid opening the door.

STORING FOODS
The following rules are fundamental in obtaining the best
performance from your cold storage appliance:
- Never place hot foods or uncovered liquids inside;
- Wrap or otherwise protect foods, particularly if they
contain herbs or spices;
- Place the foods inside the cabinet so that they do not
limit the air circulation. Try not to place paper,
cardboard, cutting boards etc., which might interrupt the
air flow, on the shelves;
- Try to open the door as infrequently as possible, and do
not leave it open;
- Wait a few moments before opening the door again.
