Gate valve status
Shows the status of the gate valve on the cover of the
pellet container. The following displays are possible:
▪ Stop: The gate valve has reached the defined position
and stopped.
▪ Moving up: The gate valve moves to a defined position
where the opening for filling the container with pellets is
open.
▪ Closing: The gate valve moves to a defined position
where the opening to the pellet suction hose is closed.
The boiler does not start until this position has been
reached.
▪ Clear the blockage: If the gate valve is blocked (defined
position not reached), an attempt is made to clear the
blockage. The sliding valve moves for a short time in
the opposite direction and tries again to reach the
defined position.
▪ Blocked: Displayed if the gate valve is unable to clear
the blockage despite repeated attempts. In addition, a
fault message is displayed in the fault list.
▪ Manual: The gate valve is actuated in manual
operation.
Vibration timing
The default vibration interval timing is 60%:
Time basis: 100 sec. → 60 sec. on / 40 sec. pause

Resettable t-counter
Display of the amount of pellets used in tonnes since
counting started or since the last counter reset.
Resettable kg-counter
Display of the amount of pellets used in kilograms since
counting started or since the last counter reset. When the
counter reaches 1000 kg, this value is reset to “0” and the
“t-counter” is increased by one.
Counter RESET
▪ NO: The pellet consumption counter continues to run.
▪ YES: The “
resettable t-counter
” and also the
“
resettable kg-counter
” is set to “0”.
Remaining pellet amount in store room
Countdown from the set value in 100 kg increments. The
value displayed is the reference point for the remaining
amount of fuel in the storeroom.
Minimum pellet level fuel storeroom
If the minimum level setting in the storeroom is not
reached, a warning appears on the display. When set to
“0.0t” the function is deactivated and no warning appears
on the display.
Total pellet consumption
Display of the total calculated pellet consumption. Upon
start-up or after a software update to software “version
50.04 – Build 05.09” or higher, the counter is automatically
activated.
Start the process for determining the pellet feed rate
Used to determine the amount of pellets conveyed for the
calculation of pellet consumption. Before starting, place a
suitable container in the combustion chamber to collect the
pellets, and only then set the parameter to “ON”.
Combustion grate and back burn flap are opened, and
then the stoker screw is activated for 3 minutes at 100%%
feed. Set the weight (in grams) for the delivered amount of
pellets as the value for the “
Delivered amount of
pellets at 100%% feed
” parameter.
