Rotary agitator
Rotary agitator mode
▪ Off: Rotary agitator is deactivated.
▪ Auto: The PLC makes the decision whether the bunker
is full or empty based on the measured current of the
motor of the rotary agitator drive, which determines the
runtime of the rotary agitator with separate drive.
▪ Full: The runtime of the rotary agitator is defined via the
parameter “Switch-on ratio with full bunker rotary
agitator”, regardless of whether the bunker is full or
empty.
▪ Empty: The runtime of the rotary agitator is defined via
the parameter “Switch-on ratio with empty bunker rotary
agitator”, regardless of whether the bunker is full or
empty.
Runtime rotary agitator
When the rotary agitator is requested, the drive is
activated for the set duration.
Switch-on ratio with full bunker rotary agitator
Switch-on ratio with empty bunker rotary agitator
Defines the pause time of the rotary agitator. The set value
corresponds to the percentage of the interval for the set
runtime (“
Runtime rotary agitator
”).
Example: Runtime of the rotary agitator = 8 s / switch-on
ratio = 20%
8 seconds equals 20% of the interval, i.e. the interval is
40 seconds and the pause time is 32 seconds.
The switching of the two parameters is defined by the
current consumption of the rotary agitator drive. Low
current consumption = bunker empty, high current
consumption = bunker full.
Delay mode empty rotary agitator
If the rotary agitator is continuously required for this period
of time, the "Empty" operating mode is activated.
On-time bunker filling rotary agitator
The rotary agitator is activated after the bunker filling has
been activated (by manual switch or button).

Maximum duration drying system fault
The fault message of an external drying system can be
evaluated. After this time has elapsed, an error is issued
and the system is switched off.
