INTRODUCTION
A S S E M B L I N G T H E U N I T (Follow diagrams below)
1. I n s e r t the fl anged
column i nto the base
and fit the colum n to the
base with 4 M 8 bolts.

with M 6 screw and nut.
3 . C onnec t the terminal box
to t h e upper colum n
with 4 M 5 bolts.

Insert the cabl e pl ug i nto
the cable socket and
connect the center colum n
to the lower colum n by
screwing clockwise.
(Do not over tighten.)

Pull gentl y at the c abl e at the bottom of the base
to keep it taut. Fix the cabl e t o the base with the
cable clam p and 2 M 4 screws.
6. T h e r e are wheels available in the fitting,
it depends on customer's requirements.

7 . S w i t c h on the 120v supply.
8 . S w i t c h on the heater by pressing the red switch
m ounted on the side of the heater unit which will
illuminate red w hen the heater is switched on.
9. E n s u r e that the pl ug is removed from pow er outl et
and the pow er cor d pow er cor d coiled safely w hen
the heater is not bei ng used.
Allow the heater to cool dow n after use.
1 1 . T h e heater should be stor ed in a dr y location
when not in use. Particular care should be taken
in ensur ing the pl ug is not subj ected to water
or dam p condi ti ons.
