7. USE
Before start working, read carefully these indications:
1.- WORKING
Once we have done the installation and electric connection operations the machine is ready to be used.
ATTENTION ¡
GLASSES AND CUPS HAVE TO BE WET, PREVIOUSLY WASHED AND RINSED
, before drying and polishing
it with the machine.
Take one wet and rinsed cup or glass and proceed as follows:
The brushes that are made of natural micro fibres will absorb the humidity in a few seconds.
This humidity is removed from the brushes thanks to the hot air. Then, the brushes will be always dry.
- Take one wet and rinsed cup or glass and proceed as follows.
- If you are using cups with foot, dry this piece first of all. To do that place the bottom side of
the cup over one of the brushes
- Turn the and cup introduce the foot of the cup, among the rollers, making vertical movements so
the whole foot of the cup will be dried and polished.
- Finally introduce the internal side of the cup or glass in one of the rollers; the inner side and the
foot of it will be dried in that moment. At the same time the external side will be dried being in
contact with the other four rollers.
If the machine is working continuously for more then 2 hours,
you SHOULD STOP it during 5 minutes.
