[Cause]
The scan/copy ratio exceeds the maximum ratio permitted
by the scanner when the document is enlarged/reduced to fit
to the specified paper size.
[Remedy]
Remedy this by one of the following methods:
•Specify the reduction/enlargement ratio
•Change the output paper size

While attempting to send the e-mail, the SMTP server name
could not be resolved.
[Remedy]
Check if the SMTP server have been set correctly on
CentreWare Internet Services. Also, check whether the DNS
server setting is correct.

While attempting to send the e-mail, the POP3 server name
could not be resolved.
[Remedy]
Check if the POP3 server have been set correctly on
CentreWare Internet Services. Also, check whether the DNS
server setting is correct.

While attempting to send the e-mail, the login to the POP3
server failed.
[Remedy]
Check if the user name and password entered to access the
POP3 server have been set correctly on CentreWare
