2. Even if a write operation is prohibited by this command, "0" is indicated in the "WP (write
protect)" bit reported to the INIT in the MODE SENSE and MODE SENSE EXTENDED
commands.
3. If "0" is specified in this command in the "WrInh" flag, execution of a FORMAT UNIT
command or REASSIGN BLOCKS command issued in linked form following this command is
permitted (the specification of the range where access is permitted is not applied.)

This command matches the logical block data in the data buffer with the same logical block data
recorded on the disk media. If the data in the logical block in the data buffer is newer than the data on
the disk media, those data are written to the disk media.
When the write cache is used, unwritten data held in the data buffer which are written to the disk media
are written using this command.
