J21, J22, J23: UARTs to RS232 drivers connection jumpers
These jumper headers are intended to provide access to the UART0, UART1
and User UART signals. An user can disconnect these signals from the RS-232
interfaces and connect an serial interface of his own to these signals – e.g. a
MIDI interface.
