1.
Turn on your personal computer.
For Windows XP/2000, log-on as an administrator.

When Windows starts, insert floppy disk accompanying with Modem Station in the disk
drive. For Windows XP, insert floppy disk created with download file.
See the manual of your personal computer on how to insert a floppy disk.
3.
Click “Start” button, then “Control Panel”.
For Windows XP, click the “Start” button, “Control Panel”, and “Printer and Other Hardware”.
4.
Click the “Modem” button or “Phone and Modem Options”.
For Windows XP/2000, click the “Modem” tab again.
5.
Click “Add” button.
6.
(1) Tick the check box next to “Don’t detect my modem; I will select it from a list”
, and
(2) click the “Next” button.
7.
Click “Have Disk...”.
