PREFACE
The LifeBook E Series from Fujitsu PC
Corporation is a powerful notebook computer.
It is powered by an Intel Pentium II microproc-
essor, has a built-in color display, a vast array of
possible configurations and brings the comput-
ing power of desktop personal computers (PCs)
to a portable environment.
This manual explains how to operate your
LifeBook E Series’ hardware and built-in
system software. The LifeBook E Series
is compatible with the IBM
®
PC AT.
It comes with Windows 95, Windows 98,
or Windows NT 4.0 pre-installed.
A LifeBook E Series is a completely self-
contained unit with an active-matrix (TFT)
color LCD display. It has a powerful interface
that enables it to support a variety of optional
features.
