This section provides the hardware, software, and envi-
ronmental specifications for your LifeBook notebook.
Specifications of particular configurations will vary.
CONFIGURATION LABEL
Your LifeBook notebook contains a configuration label
located on the bottom of your LifeBook notebook.
(See
figure 2-7 on page 12 for location)
This label contains
information about the options you’ve chosen for your
LifeBook notebook. Following is a typical label and
information on how to read your configuration label.

System Memory
The amount of installed memory depends upon your
system configuration. Memory modules are on-board
dual-channel Synchronous Dynamic RAM (SDRAM,
PC2-5300, DDR-2, 667 MHz)*, with one open DIMM
slot for expansion up to 2 GB SDRAM, via DIMM
modules. Note that 2 DIMMs are required in order to
support dual-channel memory. (Reference the table on
page 41 for a list of memory configurations.)
