You can also charge a connected USB device or operate devices without an
additional power supply at this USB port.
This is also possible with the notebook switched off, if the
USB Type-C Power Delivery
on System Off
function is activated in the
Advanced - Miscellaneous Configurations
menu
of the
BIOS Setup Utility

The notebook can be supplied with power via this USB port using the USB Type
C port replicator which is available as an accessory.
USB devices are hot-pluggable. This means you can connect and disconnect the
cables of USB devices while the operating system is running.
