Overview
The comparator monitors the two analog input voltages, and automatically
generates an interrupt upon detection of a change in the edge of comparator
output.

Function of Comparator
The function of the comparator is to monitor the two analog input voltages and compare them.
Using the voltage of the non-inverting analog input (positive input) as a reference voltage, the
comparator outputs "H" if the voltage of the inverting analog input voltage (negative input) is
lower than the reference voltage; otherwise, it outputs "L". In addition, upon detection of a
rising edge or falling edge of the comparator output, the comparator outputs a corresponding
interrupt.
