Remove the nylon screw on the defective UFM.

Disconnect and remove the defective UFM.
The UFM spacer remains on the system board.

CAUTION!
UFM contains customer information (e.g. IP address, License etc.). After
removing the UFM, you must pass the UFM to the customer.
