8.2 Configuring Boot Settings
The boot settings, such as the boot device selection and the timeout period for
automatic startup, can be configured in the Boot Manager and the Boot Maintenance
Manager.
8.2.1 System Options Menu

Turn on the server.

While “nn seconds until system boots, press any key to enter System option
menu.“ is displayed at the bottom of the server booting (posting) screen, press
any key.
The following System Options screen appears.
If a certain period of time passes without hitting any keys, the system starts up automatically.
The timeout period for automatic startup is set to ten seconds at the time of purchase. The tim-
eout period for automatic startup can be changed in the Boot Maintenance Manager.
The following functions can be started up from System Options screen.
