ServerView Operations Manager reports
errors
Server Management has detected an error
Ê
Check the error list in the System Event Log using the ServerView
Operations Manager and try to identify and resolve the problem.

If the problem cannot be resolved, create log files using the PrimeCollect
application available from the Windows Start menu on your Headless server
(see section
) and contact the Fujitsu Technology Solutions
customer service team for further analysis.

The server switches itself off

accessing the Headless server using a VNC connection and create
PrimeCollect log files as described in section
