7  USB-Driver Installation 

Connect the evaluation board via the USB cable to the PC 

After  the  SK-MB91594-

208M04  is  connected  to  the  PC’s  USB  port,  Windows  will 

“Found New Hardware“ and the Hardware Wizard should start: 

(Note: Depending on the 

Windows Version the screenshots may differ)

 

                                                                                           

 

Select “No, not this time” 

Select in the next window “Install from a list of specific location (Advanced)” 

Within next windows specify the location:  

o

 

The USB driver is located in the folder “Utilities\ FTDI_Driver” 

                                                                     

  

 

‘Continue anyway’ although the Windows Logo test may not be passed 

Windows completes the installation by copying some files 

‘Finish’ will close the window
