6. Press the [2] key several times to turn water temperature data on or off as
appropriate.
7. Press the [3] key several times to choose date format: OFF, no date; UTC,
UTC time, or LOCAL, local time. For LOCAL, enter time as follows:
a) Press the [ENTER] key.
b) Press the [3] key to choose “+.”
c) Press the [ENTER] key.
d) Key in time difference between local time and UTC time.
e) Press the [ENTER] key.
8. Press the [NAV MENU] key.
Note:
Item 4 in the NAV INFORMATION 3 menu is only displayed on the R-type
radar. It is used to choose what nav data (WPL, RTE) from the external
navigator to use. Normally, set it for NAV LINE. For the navigator which
does not output nav line data choose WP.
