threading is correct and corresponds to the
illustration on the hook cover plate

4. Continue pulling the thread to the left until it slides
into the notch (B). Pull out around 15 cm of the
thread.

3. Guide the thread into the notch (A) and then pull
the thread to the left to slide it between the
tension springs.

2. Place the bobbin in the opening with the thread
running off the bobbin counterclockwise.

1. Push the hook cover plate release button to the
right and lift the hook cover plate. Remove the
hook cover plate.
