Guide rail
- Turn the guide rail over from time to time to
to prevent one-sided wear.
- The guide groove of the guide rail must always
be at right angles, so check the groove for wear
from time to time.
Place a ruler against the guide rail and the outside
of a sawtooth. If there is a gap between the ruler
and the LM rail, the guide groove is in
Order. If there is no clearance, the guide is worn
out. In this case, the guide rail must be turned
over or replaced.

For safety reasons, no other types of chain or blade may be used. Only use
the recommended combination of saw chain and blade. The use of non-
approved combinations may result in a risk of injury to the user.

Transport and storage
- During transport and when changing location
during work, the chainsaw must be switched off and
the chain brake must be released to prevent
unintentional starting of the chain
- Never carry and transport the chainsaw with the
saw chain running!
- When transporting over a longer distance, the rail
protection supplied must be fitted in any case
- Only carry the chainsaw by the handle. The saw
bar points to the rear. Do not come into contact with
the muffler (risk of burns)
- Store the chainsaw safely in a dry room. The saw
must not be stored outdoors. Do not make the
chainsaw accessible to children. When storing the
chainsaw, the supplied rail protector must always be
put on
- When storing and shipping the chainsaw for a
longer period of time, the fuel and oil tank must be
completely empty
- Make sure that the chainsaw cannot unexpectedly
change position (tipping over, etc.) during transport
to avoid loss or leakage of fuel, damage to the
device or injury.
