Care and Maintenance
Make sure that all parts are properly secured. Tighten all the loosen screws and nuts. Once a year
lubricate the handlebar, chain and other parts of electric bicycle.
Care and maintenance of the electric parts
1. Charger
•
After charging do not forget to disconnect the charger from the electric bicycle and the electric
outlet.
•
Never expose charger and the battery to direct sunlight.
•
Store the charger in a dry place.
2. Battery
•
Never expose the battery to the fire and to other heat sources.
•
Do not touch terminals with metal objects. It could cause short circuit.
Caution!
1. Be careful if you are riding in rainy weather.
2. Before riding
•
Check the tyre pressure.
•
Check whether the nuts and screws are not loosened.
•
Check if the battery is fully charged.
•
Check the adjustment of the brake system.
•
Observe the chain tension and adjust it, if necessary.
3. Battery
•
If the electric bicycle is not used for longer time, it is necessary to charge the battery once a
month.
•
If you ride more than 15km, you should charge the battery fully every day. If you ride less than
15 km, charge the battery once every 2 or 3 days.
