HEATING
Temperature can be set on 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 e 100 degree.

Pressing the b and - , display (9) will show different values of temperature.

Select the desired temperature and press the key
(2). The blue light inside the kettle switches on and the
display increases. When the liquid is at the right temperature, thermostat automatically turns off the unit.

Use hot water as you wish, making sure to completely empty the kettle to prevent limescale on the internal

KEEP BOILING
With this function the kettle keeps the water at a temperature of 90 degree for 2 hours.

Press key to activate the keep warm function.

Switch on the kettle with the button
(2). The blue light inside the kettle switches on and the temperature
on the display increases. When the liquid is boiling, the key
(2) flashes and the appliance keeps the water
at a temperature of 90 degree for 2 hours.
KEEP WARM
With this function the kettle keeps the water at desired temperature for 2 hours.

Press key to activate the keep warm function.

Press + and – to set the temperature. The display (9) will show the value set. Select the desired temperature
and press the key
(2). The blue light inside the kettle switches on and the display increases. When the
liquid reaches the desired temperature, the key
(2) flashes and the appliance keeps the water at that
temperature for 2 hours.
DECHLORINATION
Use this function to remove eventual eccess of chlorum from the tap water and purify water.

to activate dechlorination function.

Switch on the kettle with the button
(2). The blue light inside the kettle switches on and the temperature
on the display increases. When the liquid is boiling, the kettle stays on for 3 minutes keeping the water
boiling to purify it.
CLEANING
Unplug unit and wait until the complete cooling down of each part before starting cleaning operations
.

Do not immerse the base and the kettle in water. In any case, prevent splashes of water or other liquids
from reaching those parts.

To clean the inside of the kettle, let it cool down and rinse with warm water to remove residues and
impurities. In any case, it will be necessary to periodically descaling the unit.

Clean the base and the kettle with a damp cloth.
DESCALING THE BOILER
To prevent the formation of lime scale, it is recommended to make periodic special cleaning, following the
instructions below: Pour water in the kettle until it reaches half the maximum capacity and add some lemon
juice. Boil water mixed with lemon 3 times.
Empty the kettle and rinse by boiling normal water for 2-3 times.
SAFETY SWITCH-OFF
The safety device is triggered if the kettle operates without water inside. To avoid overheating, the appliance
is automatically turned off and cannot be activated until the complete cooling of the electric resistance.
