Assembly
Set the damper lid (15) with mortar.
Level vertically and horizontally.
Set the damper frame with a thin
bed of mortar and make sure the
damper runs freely.
Set the top lid (14) with mortar.
Level vertically and horizontally.
Lay mortar over the damper and
the pipeattachment. Set the Leca
blocks (16) with mortar. The inside
of the blocks shall be rendered with
clay mortar (easiest done before
the assembly).
Top flue connection
Join the two blocks together with
the heat-resistant silicon or mortar.
Side flue connection
to an exist-
ing chimney.
Cut the back of the block for a suit-
able connection.
