These specifications can be found on the rating plate.

The “cool-fresh” compartment
is too warm or too cold.
The standard setting has been set too
high or too low (e.g. if there is frost
in the “cool-fresh” compartment).
The temperature in the “cool-fresh” compartment
can be set to be 2 steps warmer and/or colder. If
the refrigerator compartment temperature is set to 4,
the “cool-fresh” compartment has a temperature
of almost 0 °C.
