Solution
The milk does not foam. The classic pannarello is dirty or
not assembled correctly.
Clean the classic pannarello and check that it
is assembled correctly.
The type of milk used does not
produce froth.
The amount and the quality of froth vary
depending on the type of milk. We have tested
the following types of milk and obtained
satisfying results of froth: semi-skimmed or
whole cow’s milk, soy milk and lactose-free
milk. We have not tested other types of milk
because they may produce a scarce amount
of froth.
The steam wand nozzle is clogged.

Wash the steam nozzle with running water and
clean the circuit by dispensing a small quantity
of steam.
The “” filter
