Storing the Appliance
- When the appliance is not used regularly,
switch OFF the appliance and remove the
plug from the wall outlet.
- Store it in a dry place, away from chil-
dren.
- Protect it from dust and dirt.
Repairing / Maintenance
- If the coffee maker falls and you see or sus-
pect damages or malfunctions, immediately
remove the plug from the wall. Never use
faulty machines.
- Repairs must be made by authorized service
centres only.
- If authorized service centres do not carry
out maintenance work and/or repairs, the
manufacturer is not liable for any dam-
ages.
Fire Fighting
- In the event of a fi re, use carbon dioxide
extinguishers (CO

). Do not use water or
powder extinguishers.
