IMPORTANT:
To avoid any clogging of nozzle, air intake
and thickening of the external milk residuals, it is advisable
to clean the steam nozzle just after the contact with milk.
For an easier cleaning operation, the external part of the nozzle
can be easily removed by pulling it downwards.
Use a wet cloth to clean the nozzle end and open the steam
valve.
Let the steam come out for one or two seconds to clean the
nozzle.
If necessary, use a needle to clean the steam hole.
6.5 CAPPUCCINO PREPARATION

Prepare the espresso coffee in big cups by proceeding as
described above.

Take a pot half filled with cold milk and place it under the steam
rod (Fig.6.10).

Slowly rotate the tap knob (Fig.6.10) anticlockwise to let the
steam out.
IMPORTANT: The steam pressure will increase as the knob
rotates.

Rotate the pot, with a circular movement, paying attention that
the steam nozzle end just touches the milk and “ do not let the
milk boil”

Once the desired emulsion has been obtained, rotate the
steam knob clockwise and remove the pot.

Pour the emulsified milk into the coffee. Garnish with cinnamon,
cocoa, nutmeg.
Serve.
Pay attention as the
Turbo-Frother steam
nozzle could be hot!
Air intake to be kept
clean and free from
residues.
