Maintenance

Basic preventive maintenance should be performed regularly on all GAI-Tronics stations.  Our Field
Service Department can formulate a service contract to suit specific preventive maintenance needs.

CAUTION

U

Remove power from the enclosure before performing any maintenance.

In addition, the following procedures can be used to keep your Page/Party® system running.

1.

Remove power from the enclosure.

2.

Remove the amplifier from the enclosure.

3.

Visually check the interior of the enclosure for signs of liquid contamination, i.e., condensation,
process liquid, etc.

4.

Ensure that all gaskets and hardware are in place.  All gaskets on the amplifier’s front panel should
be in place before mounting the amplifier in the enclosure.  Failure to install the gaskets (which also
act as spacers) can damage connectors and cause system faults.  Restore power to the unit.
