1. Ma ke sure there is volta ge a t the entry to the ma chine, if
not the ta pping must be cha nged. It is a dvisa ble to see if a ny
ma gnetotherma l ha s "blown".
The ma chine ha s no volta ge in one or a ll its
vita l elements.
2. Check the power source fuses situa ted on the centra l
pa nel. (See Spa re pa rts Sheet)
3. The ma chine pa nels must be removed testing the logica l
points of the electrica l diagra m.

Ma gnetotherma l switch ha s low ga uge for the
ca se. There ma y be a short circuit, which is
wha t ca uses the limiter to trip.
Cha nge the ma gnetotherma l for a nother larger ga uge
one. It is importa nt for the ma gnetotherma l switch to ha ve a
cha ra cteristic slow type curve. In the event tha t the electrica l
insta llation ha s limited power the welding work must be
tested a t lower current levels.

circuit a re correct: Welding ma ss, rusty or very dirty surfa ces,
conta ct nozzle with grea ter diameter tha n the wire, etc.
Test the electrica l diagra m of the power source. Input a nd
output volta ges to the rectifier.

a t the outlet, which prevents it from ha ving a
regular speed.
