Place the kettle on a flat level surface.

Wait until the water has finished boiling before removing it from the
power bases.

At the end of the boiling cycle, the power on/off switch will
automatically switch off.

Fill the kettle with water to the desired level ensuring that it is above
the MIN mark and below the MAX mark.

Place the lid on the kettle and place it onto the base.

Ensure the lid is correctly fitted before pouring boiling water. Beware
of scalding.

Insert the power base plug (with dry hands) into the socket.

Push down the power on/off switch. The light on the bottom edge
will illuminate and the water will begin to boil.
NOTE:
Boiling a full kettle of water (1.7 liters) takes about 7 minutes.
NOTE:
Do not take the kettle from the power base right after the power switch flips
up because the boiled water may spill out from the spout. It is
recommended to take the kettle 30 seconds after the water is boiled.
