1. Replace the magnesium anode at least every 12 months (please keep the purchase
receipt
of the anode) Regular replacement of the magnesium anode is the condition to maintain
the guarantee for the container.
2.
The safety valve has to be installed directly before the heater on the cold water feed
pipe.
3. Free repairs of damages attributable to the manufacturer will be remedies within 14
working days from the date of submission. DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE HEATER. Keep
the purchase receipt of the heater for review by the service. Multiple repairs do not
include: replacement of the magnesium anode, replacement of the seal etc.
4. The basis of guarantee repairs is a purchase invoice and the guarantee certificate that
is
complete, filled in correctly, stamped by the relevant store and fitter, and contains no
adjustments. Keep the guarantee certificate throughout the whole guarantee period.
5. In any cases not regulated herein, relevant regulations of the Civil Code shall apply.
6. Any mechanical damages of the heater void the guarantee.
7. Assemble the heater in such a way to ensure free access (e.g. for maintenance, repairs
or
replacement). The manufacturer is not responsible for any possible inconvenience or
costs
resulting from casing disassembly.
8. The guarantee for the sold consumer product does not exclude, limit or suspend any
rights
of the buyer resulting from inconsistency of the product with the agreement.
Guarantee for storage tank - 24 months.
