Keep the purchase ticket / sales receipt. the standard warranty for all the products we market for
private use is valid for 24 months in compliance with european Directive 1999/44/eC.
For support service under warranty, please take the original purchase ticket / sales receipt to
the shop where the product was purchased. the product will be repaired free of charge or
immediately replaced with similar product of equal or greater value.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Keep your appliance well maintained in order to ensure the best performance and to extend

If kept clean, the plates will continue to glide easily through your hair.
Heat can cause chemical elements (colourings, treatments, mousse, sprays, waxes, etc.) on your
hair to be transferred onto the plates.
After each use, we recommend disconnecting the appliance from the electrical outlet; let it cool
down and then use a damp cloth to remove any residues from the plates.
Do not use particularly aggressive agents that could lead to abrasions and the partial removal of
paints on the body and on the plates of the hair straighteners.
Make sure that the appliance is completely dry before using it.
