Module start up process
27. First time module installation
1.
Turn off the bypass and rectifier input circuit
breaker. Then insert a single power module and
connect the right and left flat cables. If the
bypass and input are bridged, slide out the
static switch at least 5 inches.
2.
Turn on the rectifier input circuit breaker, wait
for the power module to be fully operational
(i.e., both LED indicators are green).
3.
In Operation menu select and shut down the
module (main>operation>on/off>modules off>
complete shut down).
4.
Insert the next power module 3/4 the way in
and attach the 2 flat cables then, slide in fully
and select only this module and turn it on
(main>operation>on/off>modules on).
5.
Once fully operational, fully shut it down and
insert the next power module.
6.
Repeat this process for each additional power
module first time installation.
7.
After each module has been individually
powered up and shutdown preform a complete
shutdown of the system.
(main>operation>on/off>system off).
8.
Turn off all input circuit breakers.
9.
If removed previously, fully insert the static
switch.
10.
Turn on bypass and rectifier input circuit
breakers
11.
Turn on the system
(main>operation>on/off>system on)
12.
The system will transfer to bypass, then once all
inverters are fully operational the system will
transfer the output to the inverter (i.e., Normal
Mode)
This must be done one
module at a time.
Selecting a module is done by
taping on the specific module,
this will highlight the module
in a blue border .
