To setup UPSs in parallel mode: 

1.

 

The UPS units should be located near to one another. They must be connected to one 
another in a ring configuration using the parallel communication cables. 

These cables 

must be housed in appropriate conduits.

The supplied parallel communication cables are 5 meters long. Keep this in mind when 
positioning the UPSs.

In a parallel configuration, 

the length of the bypass input cable must be the same 

on all of the UPSs

, and the bypass input cables must be 

at least 10 meters

 in length. 

3.

 

Connect the UPSs in a ring configuration using two 

parallel kit communication cables 

on each UPS.
