PLACE AND TIGHT. 

CHECK ALL BOLTS AND NUTS TO BE SURE THEY 
ARE FIRM AND TIGHT.   

CHECK TO BE SURE ALL ANGLES ON PART #1 (TOP 
ROUND) ARE POINTED TO THE OVERLAPPED PART.
CHECK ALL PART #15 (FOOT CHAINS) TO BE SURE 
NONE ARE MISSING.  

CHECK ALL PART #15 (FOOT CHAINS), A TOTAL OF 
THREE (3) PIECES TO BE SURE THEY ARE IN THE 
PROPER PLACE AND TIGHT.  IF YOU FIND THE 
CHAINS ARE LOOSE AFTER ASSEMBLY, YOUR 
FEEDER IS ASSEMBLED INCORRECTLY, 
EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS. A FEEDER 
WITH LOOSE AND/OR MISSING CHAINS WILL 
COLLAPSE, RESULTING IN SERIOUS INJURY OR 
DEATH.
