Pen Issues & Solutions
4.1 How to do when GAOMON Driver indicating ''No Device Detected''
and Pen not Working?
1) Please kindly note that it’s usually related to the USB connection. Please kindly make sure the
USB cable is well connected between PD1561 and computer.
2) Please change a different USB port on your computer to test.
3) Please test on another computer. No need installs GAOMON Driver. Let’s see whether the pen
can respond when without GAOMON Driver in installed on another computer.
4) If the issue remains, please kindly give test result to GAOMON SERVICE. We will apply warranty
and make everything right for you. Don’t worry!
4.2 How to do when the cursor is moving on the computer monitor but
not on PD1561?
If the PD1561 only shows the wallpaper of your computer, but without any programs It, is the
normal situation of the
extend mode
.
And meanwhile if the cursor moves on computer monitor instead of on tablet monitor, you are
choosing the computer monitor as work area inside gaomon driver right now, but not setting the
PD1561 as work area. So, the cursor moves on computer monitor only.
Solution 1:
Please open GAOMON Driver--Work Area--Choose PD1561 as work area--Save -- Now
you can use the mouse to move the cursor from computer monitor to PD1561 to work.
Solution 2:
if you are not familiar with Extend Mode. So PD1561 will display exact same with your
computer monitor.
Duplicate on Windows:
Please press ‘’p’’ on keyboard, and make sure to choose Duplicate mode
Duplicate on Mac:
Set Mirror Mode: Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner, --- ‘’System preference’’---choose
‘’Display’’--- Select the ‘’Mirror Display.’’
4.3 How to do when the issue only happens in Clip Studio Paint?
Step 1: Please set inside Clip Studio Paint according to following path.
Preference--Tablet--Wintab
Preference--Performance--Allocate to application--100%
Step 2: If the issue remains, please try to reinstall GAOMON Driver. Make sure no other brands
tablet driver installed on your computer please.
