3.1.
GROUPED SAFETY MESSAGES

Risk of fatal electric shock.

Before starting any installation, cleaning or maintenance work, disconnect the device from the mains power supply.

Electrical installation, maintenance and repair may be performed only by trained specialists.

If power cables or sockets are damaged, do not continue to use the device.

Do not drive over cables, pinch them, crush them or put them under strain in any other way.
»
Do not use cable near sharp edges.
»
To unplug the unit from power sockets, always pull the plug and never the cable.
»
Do not store liquids in the vicinity of electrically live components.
»
Do not operate, plug in or withdraw devices with wet or moist hands.

Do not exceed the cable reel’s maximum power rating.

Do not connect cable reels in series.

INTENDED USE
Cable reel for supplying movable consumers with electricity.
To prevent overheating, reel off the entire cable from the cable drum.
Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
For both industrial and private use.
For use indoors and outdoors.
Bracket for mounting on smooth wall or ceiling with load bearing capacity sufficient for Safety cable reel.
Fully reel in Cable after use.

REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Never use Safety cable reel without first mounting it on a wall or ceiling.
Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Not for use where there is exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, naked flames or liquids.
Do not expose to severe temperature fluctuations.
Do not make any unauthorised changes or modifications.
Never cover while using.
Do not pull Cable suddenly.

DUTIES OF THE OPERATING COMPANY
The operating company must ensure that personnel who work on the product comply with the regulations and provisions
together with the following instructions:
National and regional regulations for safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations.
No damaged products are assembled, installed or commissioned.
The necessary protective equipment is provided.
